Taro Cloud Bun Squishy

A steamed bun that never goes cold, never goes stale and never, ever gets eaten.

A round little bun, soft as a cloud, in lilac taro or peachy strawberry with a sprinkle of red speckles. Press it flat and it slowly puffs back up while you watch, smelling faintly sweet the whole time. Keep one on your desk for meetings that could have been an email.

Good to know

• Not suitable for children under 3.
• The skin is a little tacky, which makes it lovely to knead. Pop it back in its bag between squishes and it stays clean and fluff free.
• Keep it away from heat (no microwaves or hot cars), and retire it if it ever splits.
• Hand finished, so the colour and speckles vary a little. Taro is a soft lilac with a hint of pink.
