We get your order ready in 1-3 business days. After that, most items arrive in 10-18 business days. Bulky items, like giant plushies and cushions, take 25-40 business days. Each product page shows its own estimate, and our shipping policy has the details.

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. If you order a few things, they may arrive in separate parcels, still free. In a hurry? Where it's offered, you can choose Snack Dash Express at checkout for a small extra charge: a faster tracked line, about 5-15 business days after processing.

We're a small Australian business based in Perth. Your order ships straight from our suppliers' warehouses, mostly in China, which is why delivery takes the times above.

Yes, to the countries you can choose at checkout. We're not able to ship to the United Kingdom at the moment, sorry! Customs or import duties aren't included and are paid by the receiver.

Every parcel gets a tracking number. Pop your order number into our order tracking page, or use the link in your shipping email.

Sadly not! Everything here just looks like food: pencil cases, plushies, lamps, phone cases and more. Zero calories, maximum snack.

Of course. Just enter the recipient's name and address as the delivery address at checkout.

Card, Shop Pay or PayPal, through our secure Shopify checkout. Prices are in Australian dollars, and shoppers in some countries, like the US, New Zealand and Canada, see their own currency.

We don't take change-of-mind returns, so please check sizes and details before you order. Orders delivered to the EU or UK have a 14-day cooling-off period. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
