Quick Order Processing

We prioritise getting your order ready within 1-3 business days. After processing, expect your items to arrive within these approximate timeframes:

• Majority of products: 10-18 business days
• Bulky / large products (e.g. giant plush and cushions): 25-40 business days

Christmas Order-By Dates

For Christmas delivery in Australia, order most items by Friday 20 November and bulky items (giant plush and cushions) by Wednesday 21 October. These dates allow for 1-3 business days of processing, the delivery times above and the Christmas rush.

Multiple Items, Free Shipping

Order multiple items? They may arrive in separate packages, but don't worry - standard shipping is always free. We provide tracking for each parcel.

Need It Sooner?

Where it's offered, you can choose Snack Dash Express at checkout for a small extra charge (shown at checkout). It uses a faster tracked line: about 5-15 business days after processing. It's optional, and standard shipping stays free.

Flexible Delivery

We're committed to fast deliveries, but keep in mind that shipping times are approximate. Unforeseen factors like public holidays or postal delays can cause slight delays.

Where We Ship From

We're a small Australian business. Your order is shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses (mostly in China), which is why delivery takes the times above. We ship to the countries you can select at checkout. We're not able to ship to the United Kingdom at the moment, sorry! We hope to be back soon. For orders outside Australia, any customs or import duties are not included and are your responsibility.
