We'd rather be upfront than have a present turn up on Boxing Day, so here's how it works:

• Shipping is free on every order.
• Processing: 1 to 3 business days to get your order ready.
• Delivery: most items then take 10 to 18 business days. Larger, bulky items can take 25 to 40 business days, but none of the gifts in this guide are bulky.
• Christmas in Australia: for the gifts in this guide, please order by Friday 20 November. The earlier the better, as the postal network gets very busy in December.
