Biscuit Tin terms

The small print, in big friendly words.

1. It's free. The Biscuit Tin is free. You need a Scribble Snacks account and to be 16 or over, or join with a grown-up's say-so. Under 13s can't join, but the stamps they earn in the Scribble Snacks game can go to their grown-up's Tin.
2. Order stamps. You collect 1 stamp for every full A$10 you spend on products (after discounts), plus 1 for each order of A$15 or more. Order stamps land 30 days after you pay. Gift cards and game items don't earn stamps.
3. Other stamps. You also get stamps for joining (2, once), your birthday month (2), a friend's first order through your Share the Tin link (5, up to 10 friends a year, once their order is 30 days old and not refunded), saying yes to us sharing your photo (3, up to once a month), Tin events, and playing the Scribble Snacks game (up to 8 a week).
4. No stamps for reviews. We never give stamps for reviews, and we never ask for good ones.
5. Treats. Stamps buy treats on your Stamp Card. A treat is a single-use code for your account, valid for 60 days. One discount per order: treats can't be combined with SNACK10, other codes or sales. You can take up to 2 treats a month.
6. Refunds. If an order is refunded or cancelled, its stamps come off your card (never below zero). A treat code used on an order that is later refunded isn't reissued.
7. No cash value. Stamps have no cash value and can't be sold, traded or transferred. They expire if your Tin has had no activity for 12 months (earning, using stamps or opening the Tin while signed in); we'll remind you a month before.
8. Tiers. Nibbler (when you join), Dunker (1 order, or 20 game stamps, in 12 months) and Top of the Tin (3 orders or A$150 in 12 months). You keep a tier for 12 months from the day you reach it, then drop at most one tier at a time.
9. Early access and exclusives. Early access dates and member-only items are real and shown on the product page. We never invent countdowns and we don't show "member prices".
10. Changes. If we change the Tin we'll tell you at least 30 days before, and we'll honour stamps and treats you've already earned.
11. Leaving. You can leave any time from the Tin page. Your stamps and treats stay for 30 days in case you change your mind; after that they're cancelled.
12. Your data. We keep only what the Tin needs (your stamps, tier, birthday month and links to your game cafe). See our privacy policy.
13. Fair play. If something looks like misuse (for example fake referrals), we may pause a Tin while we check, and we'll tell you why.
14. Your rights. These terms don't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
