Faulty Products

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at contact@scribblesnacks.com within 60 days of receiving your item. Faulty products can be returned within this time frame, subject to proof of purchase. When returning a faulty item, it should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If it is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, we advise that you inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us straight away so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it. We may offer a refund or replacement in such situations.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on certain types of items, such as perishable goods (including food), custom products (like special orders or personalised items), personal care goods (like beauty products), sale items, or gift cards. Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Change of Mind

We regret that at this time, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for changes of mind.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Despite the aforementioned policies, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
